  • 7:00am) What You'll Do To feed the machine an adequate amount of scrap at all times.
To check quality of the pellets being made. Monitoring the heat profiles on the Erema as well as the proper size of the pellet cut and adjusting when needed. Also needs to recognize when there is too much water inside the pellets, etc. To notify supervisors of any factors that may impact the quality of the product they are running To maintain a clean, safe work area. Free of loose scrap, water, resin, plastic shavings, etc. Basic computer skills to enter in the serial numbers of all gaylords or rolls that are being fed into the machine. Responsible for daily activities such as housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing a safe work environment, and any other paperwork. Comply with all
AIB and BRC Standards What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Improvement mindset and problem solving/critical thinking abilities Ability to perform simple math
Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $19.00 per hour , dependent on experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
