Extension is seeking a Buyer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oshkosh, WI ! Overview Growing manufacturing company serving industrial markets is seeking a Buyer / Purchasing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations at its Oshkosh facility. This role will manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, inventory support, and process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, MRO items, office supplies, and operational needs Build and maintain supplier and vendor relationships Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain ERP/MRP system accuracy and purchasing records Support inventory management and stock level planning Analyze purchasing and supply chain data for forecasting and planning Assist with RFQs, sourcing projects, and cost reduction efforts Qualifications 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing ERP/MRP experience required Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills Strong Excel, analytical, and data management capabilities Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Salary & Schedule Full-time, 1st shift onsite position in Oshkosh, WI $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary
