• Client from Telecare What You Will Do to Change Lives The Regional Administrator is a senior level Administrator who manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s), and acts as a mentor to other Administrators in the region.

The management of the program/facility involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing Quality Assurance Performance Improvements. Additionally, the Regional Administrator collaborates with all Corporate departments, community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and outside consultants. This position may be assigned to stabilize, support, or lead programs experiencing leadership transitions, operational challenges, or growth initiatives. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols. Employees in this role must be willing to travel throughout the Bay Area Region and work at different program locations as needed.

15. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Master's degree in social services or related field and LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist in CA an d must be maintained throughout employment Six (6) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting Two (2) of the six years must be as a Telecare Program Administrator Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing Knowledge of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned region, including driving to support Program Must be at least 21 years of age Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
