WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the Kiln Supervisor, this position supports the operation and maintenance of the tunnel andor periodic kilns and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, andor ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic reading and writing skills

Basic math skills

Must be able tomunicate efficiently with peers, and superiors.

Must be able to make reasonable decisions.

Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk and listen; Stand, walk, and sit.

Required to bend at the waist; Lift andor move between 25-50 pounds, up to 4 hours of shift.

Occasionally may have to lift andor move between 50-75 pounds with assistance

Regular attendance is required.
