This position reports to the Marketing Deputy Director. Solicits sponsorship through advertisements, letters, and personal contacts. Assists in developing colleral merials, such as proposal packages and presentions, to execute all tasks in support and in alignment with the Marketing Deputy Director¿s vision and departmental goals ¿ working closely with the graphics and production team to ensure timely and high quality deliverables. Coordines all necessary actions and approvals with approprie parties, prior to routing agreements for signure. Assists in building and maintaining client relionships through consistent communicion and superb customer service. Assists in the development and completion of evaluions and follow-up reports ensuring they are completed within timeframes requested. Spearheads event recaps for sponsorship clients. Analyzes sales da and provides input to address performance gaps. Monitors competition, economic indicors, and industry trends. Research, compile, and analyze da to identify opportunities, areas of growth, and sectors for new sponsorships. Maintain and enhance technical skills and job knowledge by tending workshops and training sessions, participing in relevant professional groups, and staying current with industry practices and publicions. Maintains accure inventory of sponsorship merials, coordines distribution for events, and ensures all sponsor deliverables are fulfilled according to agreements. Plans and organizes work and manages internal procedures and resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies. Responsible for entering da and producing a variety of marketing and sales reports. Assists with various marketing clerical and administrive tasks as assigned. Assists with special events as needed. Supports the Marketing Deputy Director in the development, implemention and follow up on any additional marketing needs, including creing supplementary marketing documention such as reports, timelines, project overviews/stus documents, etc. as assigned. As needed, assists with social media efforts including content creion and social community support for promotion of events and day-of events activities. Provides exceptional customer service, and upholds high service standards using respect, courtesy, professionalism, and teamwork. Takes initiive to solve problems quickly but recognizes when to seek assistance to resolve issues. Collabores in a professional, supportive, and proactive manner. Checks for sisfaction on the quality of services provided. Adheres to safety regulions and standards. Uses required safety equipment and observes safe work procedures. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupional illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immedie supervisor. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Performs other reled duties as assigned. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. EVALUATIONS
Qualificions A minimum of 1-year reled experience in contracting, administrive support, marketing or project coordinion. Must have familiarity with contract details, such as deliverables, terms, and financial aspects. This position requires strong communicion skills to include active listening, negotiion, and persuasion. Additionally, analytical skills to understand financial elements and market conditions are required. Proven experience in planning, problem-solving, and relionship-building is required to maintain positive partnerships.
