EVALUATIONS
Qualificions Must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma (or equivalent). Must be able to communice effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Be able to lift and carry children and objects up to 45lbs independently and over 45lbs with assistance. In addition to the above, candides must possess a minimum of one years¿ experience the next lower grade working in group program with children/youth as well as demonstred knowledge in theories and principals of child and youth development. Completion of DoW standardized training courses. OR A Child Development Associe (CDA) credential or Military School-Age (MSA) credential OR Associe¿s degree in early childhood, elementary, or secondary educion; child and youth development, or special educion, or reled field which includes a major course of study (24 semester hours) with content directly reled to the age group to which assigned, from a regionally or nionally accredited college or university. OR Bachelor¿s degree or advanced degree in early childhood, elementary, or secondary educion; child and youth development, or special educion, or reled field which includes a major course of study (24 semester hours) with content directly reled to the age group to which assigned, from a regionally or nionally accredited college or university.
