As a Sr Technical Test Equipment Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, find yourself in a high-tech world where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products. In our advanced cleanroom environment, every detail count, and your expertise will help shape the future, one innovation at a time. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging
- Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality
- Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications
- for both series production and prototypes or single production
- Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics, with relevant experience or alternative pathways welcomed
- Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports
- Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
- Work with a moderate degree of supervision. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision
- Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees
- 3 years of relevant completed vocational/professional training, and additional subject-specific experience (1-3 years), or additional subject-specific qualification

- Minimum of $ 49,800 salary per year / Maximum of $ 68,400 salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
