Description This position is contingent upon contract award Overview The Program Manager (PM) serves as the key management lead for the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP) Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) program. The RATT provides shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support to surface ships throughout the Pacific Fleet. ships Provide leadership and oversight appropriate to a geographically dispersed Navy readiness support effort Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience managing various labor categories and monitoring the performance of federal Government service contracts Project Management Professional ( PMP ) certification by contract award or within three months of award Senior U.S. Navy ship leadership experience as both: A Surface Warfare Officer ( SWO ) Commanding Officer of a U.S. Navy warship Senior U.S. Navy ship engineering leadership experience as Chief Engineer of a U.S. Navy warship Navy maintenance or training staff experience, such as Immediate Superior in Command ( ISIC ), Type Commander ( TYCOM ), or Afloat Training Group ( ATG ) Extensive Navy technical management experience Extensive experience developing, implementing, and controlling Navy ship maintenance strategies and processes Supervisory experience in analyses, information system operations, and implementation of related technical projects In-depth knowledge of Navy ship depot-level maintenance processes Navy shipboard experience across multiple ships Education Post-graduate degree from an accredited university in management or a technical field Security Clearance Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance Desired Qualifications 25 or more years of experience managing labor categories and monitoring the performance of federal Government service contracts If you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!
