Responsibilities Manage procedural changes or process modifications, and establish operating procedures for the plant to attain lower manufacturing costs, increased productivity, and reduced cycle times Design, run, test and upgrade systems, and assess processes Develop routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output Conduct safety assessments to ensure safe practices Improve and create process documentation, training, and standard operating procedures Lead tactical site-level projects and contribute to regional and divisional projects Support the process procedures by partnering with operating employees in various departments to collect, analyze, and implement results via training or capital expenditure recommendations Oversee contractor partnerships Perform general equipment and process troubleshooting to support plant operations

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have a bachelor's degree or higher or at least four (4) years of work experience in engineering Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing, distribution, operations function or have completed a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Engineering function or repeat Co-Op programs

Preferred Qualifications:
