Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Delivery Driver/Technician to join our team! This role combines the essential responsibilities of safely delivering equipment and parts to healthcare facilities while providing expert technical support and maintenance for biomedical equipment. As a key player in our field service operations, you will ensure timely deliveries, perform complex diagnostics, troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, and uphold the highest standards of biomedical regulatory compliance. Your technical expertise, customer service skills, and proactive approach will drive our mission to deliver reliable, high-quality biomedical solutions across diverse healthcare environments. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver biomedical equipment, spare parts, and supplies to healthcare facilities, ensuring on-time arrivals and proper handling. Perform comprehensive electrical diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting on a wide range of biomedical devices using advanced test equipment and schematics. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on medical electronics and electro-mechanical components in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and ISO standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting guides to diagnose issues accurately. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document service activities, update maintenance records, and schedule follow-up tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical findings clearly, offering training or guidance when needed, and ensuring client satisfaction during field visits. Maintain field service tools such as hand tools, calibration devices, and specialized test equipment to ensure readiness for all service calls. Requirements Proven experience with OEM biomedical equipment repair, maintenance, or calibration within healthcare settings. Strong mechanical knowledge related to biomedical devices and electro-mechanical systems. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, schematic reading/interpretation, and advanced electronics troubleshooting for biomedical equipment. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation. Ability to operate test equipment used in biomedical electronics testing and calibration procedures. Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) regulations and biomedical regulatory compliance standards such as ISO standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to lift heavy equipment safely; willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
