Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls while assisting customers with account-related questions and service support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Make outbound follow-up calls regarding services or accounts Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Maintain records of customer interactions and call activity Meet daily customer service and call performance goals

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Professional and customer-focused demeanor Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
