Job Overview We are seeking a professional and motivated Communications Agent to support customer communication and daily office operations. This role involves assisting with client inquiries, coordinating internal communication, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and interested in developing professional communication and office support skills. Responsibilities Respond to customer and client inquiries by phone, email, and in person Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating communications Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Support office operations with administrative and clerical tasks Communicate updates and information to customers and team members Help manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately Provide professional customer service and resolve general inquiries Assist with day-to-day team coordination and support Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and positive attitude Basic computer and data entry skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required
