Visit csr.wonderful.com to learn more about The Wonderful Company's global philanthropic work. Job DescriptionThe Campus Supervisor, under the supervision and direction of the Campus Culture Coordinator, in accordance with the school's management plan, shall have responsibilities for, but not limited to, the following:

Essential Job Functions:

Establish rapport with faculty and students to maintain and enhance a positive school environmentSupport a positive school culture and school's positive behavior expectations across the campusSupervise and direct student movement as neededMonitor general campus, parking lots, and adjacent areas to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staffReport unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities to the administrative staffNotifies the administrative staff, police, fire department, and other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situationsAssists with fire drills and other emergency building evacuationsAssist in de-escalation with students as neededRedirect all visitors back to the main office for visitor registrationWork with school administrators and officials in handling serious student offensesMaintain security records, logs, and reportsAttend and successfully complete all staff development trainingsModels nondiscriminatory practices in all activitiesPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent, requiredOne to two years' experience providing supervision to middle or high school students, preferredAbility to communicate and work effectively with students, families, and staff of diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, educational, and economic backgroundsAbility to successfully pass a background check (including fingerprints) upon official offer and acceptance of a position with

Communicate effectively, in oral and written formsProblem solve and work as a collaborative team memberKnowledge of school safety practices, preferredKnowledge of appropriate de-escalation strategies, preferredKeep and maintain accurate records and communicate in oral and written form.

Pay:

$18.00/hour

Work Schedule :

 Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
