Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Farm near Ford, WA seeking hard-working individuals to join our Grow Team. We are looking for people with a wide variety of skills and abilities that share a passion for growing and cultivation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and agriculture with hands-on experience in irrigation, landscaping and greenhouse operations.

Must be 21 years of age or older Able to work a flexible schedule Sunday through Saturday 7:00 am

positions are 40 hours per week, however coverage is needed 7 days week Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get from site to site Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively Sit, stand, bend, crouch or kneel for long periods of time while performing repetitive motion tasks Follow directions and communicate effectively both verbal and written Detail oriented•pay close attention to plant strains and correctly tag plants Work well independently and in a group setting in close proximity Able to work in hot, humid environments while wearing personal protective equipment and outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous greenhouse experience and familiarity with irrigation systems and maintenance practices is a plus • Duties and Expectations Include but not limited to: • Plant maintenance, acclimation, monitoring equipment, transplanting, pruning, topping, plant manipulation, emitting, netting, string lines, cleaning and sanitizing, feeding, watering, foliar and pesticide application, landscaping and weeding.

Position begins at $17.13 per hour with a possible pay increase after 90 days. Foliar and pesticide applications are paid at $19.00 per hour. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance and Sick Pay after 90 days.
