Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cannabis Head Grower Assistant to join our dynamic cultivation team. In this vital role, you will support the head grower in overseeing the daily operations of our cannabis cultivation facility. Duties Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, pruning, and harvesting to promote healthy growth and optimal yields Support irrigation systems setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent water delivery Help monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies through visual inspection and plant identification skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow areas, including greenhouse spaces and outdoor gardens Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment safely for planting, trimming, or infrastructure adjustments Assist with environmental controls such as temperature regulation, humidity levels, and lighting adjustments to optimize growing conditions Support the implementation of horticultural best practices aligned with sustainable farming principles Skills Growing experience with cannabis or other horticultural crops is highly preferred Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and water management techniques Familiarity with greenhouse operations and outdoor gardening environments Basic understanding of landscaping, lawn care, farming, and agriculture principles Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and equipment maintenance Ability to identify various plants accurately and assess their health status Proficiency in basic math for measurements, calculations, and record-keeping Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Hands-on experience with gardening tools, hand tools, and plant maintenance techniques Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to cultivating excellence!
