Cannabis Nutrient Team Member

Job description: Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Farm near Ford, WA seeking hard-working individuals to join our Nutrient Team. We are looking for people that work well independently, and available on weekends with a wide variety of skills and abilities that share a passion for growing and cultivation.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday with 2 days off during the week from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get from site to site Able to lift and carry 50lbs Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours, move from green house to green house while carrying buckets Position may also require to sit, stand, bend, crouch or kneel for long periods of time while performing repetitive motion tasks Must be able follow directions and communicate effectively both verbal and written Pay close attention to details Work well independently and in a group setting in close proximity Able to work in hot, humid environments while wearing personal protective equipment Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to read and understand measuring devices such as measuring cups, spoons, PH and PPM Meters and dos-a-trons. Duties and Expectations Include but not limited to: Feeding and flushing of plants based on daily schedule. Taking run-off data and enter into Microsoft Excel. Responsible for repairing and replacing manifolds, dos-a-trons, emitters, water lines, and timers. Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas. If time permits or short-staffed, may assist with plant transplanting, pruning, topping, plant manipulation, emitting, netting, string lines, foliar and pesticide application, green house cleaning and sanitization, and site landscaping and weeding. Position begins at $18.00 per hour. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance and Sick Pay after 90 days.
