Position Title Pre-Roll Production Technician Job Description What You Will Do Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling in accordance with company standards Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies Accurately track and record product data using required systems Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals What Success Looks Like Consistently meets production quotas while maintaining high product quality Produces pre-rolls with uniform weight, appearance, and pack consistency Maintains accuracy in tracking, labeling, and documentation Supports team efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and accountability Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required Compensation Base pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location Agri-Genesis Cultivation Facility -
