Position Title Outdoor Cultivation Technician Job Description What You Will Do Assist in all daily operations of outdoor cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting Transplant clones or seedlings into soil and support early plant establishment Monitor and maintain irrigation systems across outdoor cultivation sites Perform plant care tasks such as topping, pruning, trellising, and defoliation Identify and report pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or other plant health concerns Maintain strict compliance with Missouri state regulations, security protocols, and company policies Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor cultivation sites Participate in harvest activities including cutting, transporting, and initial processing of plant material Accurately track and record plant data using cultivation software or manual logs Operate hand tools, small equipment, and cultivation machinery safely and effectively Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and seasonal production goals What Success Looks Like Consistently meets production, quality, and compliance standards Maintains accurate plant tracking, documentation, and reporting Supports efficient workflow in fast-paced outdoor cultivation environments Demonstrates reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Works safely and effectively in varying weather and environmental conditions Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Strong physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods Ability to work in hot, humid, cold, or changing outdoor environments Cannabis, horticulture, or agricultural experience preferred but not required Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak harvest periods Compensation Base pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location Agri-Genesis Outdoor Cultivation Sites -
