Qualifications:

Current RN License (Single State or Compact) Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in Cath Lab or related area BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required Strong technical skills to assist in imaging and maintain sterile environments Ability to work effectively on a team and provide patient education during procedures Commitment to patient safety and quality care initiatives

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical support and patient care during cardiac catheterization and invasive cardiovascular procedures under RN supervision Assist physicians as scrub assistant, ensuring sterile technique and operating imaging equipment Monitor and document procedural images and events from the control room Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-procedure care Maintain unit cleanliness and restock necessary supplies for complex interventions Accurately complete all required documentation including daily progress and discharge notes Actively participate in quality improvement and patient safety efforts, identifying potential enhancements to workflow and safety Maintain alignment with organizational mission and uphold service behavior standards
