Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexibility may be required including floating across units.
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for Colorado Minimum one year of recent NICU clinical nursing experience Certification in BLS and NRP required Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills Comfortable floating to other departments within scope as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Independently carry out nursing and delegated medical functions per state standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care Collect and review health data to guide patient care decisions Deliver supportive and restorative therapies to patients Provide health education and counseling to families Maintain meticulous documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory policies Collaborate with medical and support staff, promoting best practices Flex to meet the needs of other units and be responsive to on-call requirements
