University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Marysville, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands Monitor clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals Ensure a safe and clean living environment Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of client care Requirements Previous caregiving or related experience is an asset but NOT required Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills Ability to manage physical demands of the role Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must pass background checks Flexible availability including some weekends and evenings Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour Twice per month payment schedule Opportunities for professional development Supportive work environment About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of in-home care services committed to enhancing the lives of individuals in Marysville, MI and surrounding areas.
