Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the highest quality of care tailored to individual needs. You will help clients maintain their independence and comfort in their own environments, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard. Assist with medication reminders. Help with light housekeeping and errands, contributing to a safe and clean environment. Implement care plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients, adapting as necessary.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Willingness to adapt to varying client needs and circumstances.

Bonus If You:

Have certifications in CPR and first aid. Possess specialized training in areas such as dementia care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with availability required for all days of the week, including weekends.
