Job Duties:

As a key member of the caregiving team, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while assisting with: Activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene and dressing Safe lifting, rotating, and transferring of residents, using proper body mechanics or assistive devices Medication administration (following training/certification) Meal preparation and cleanup Housekeeping and laundry Engagement in daily activities and community outings Transportation to appointments and errands Other duties as assigned Job Skills & Qualifications Team player with strong communication skills Must be 18 years or older Background check required after initial interview Valid driver's license for transporting residents to/from appointments, outings, etc. Experience in caregiving or human services (preferred) Medication administration certification (preferred, but not required—we'll train!) Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or DSP is a plus, but not required
