Caregiver / PCA Paid Training, No Experience Required | 2nd & Night Shift

Job Summary The Vicarage By The Sea is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team supporting elders living with dementia in a warm, family-style home setting. Whether you are interested in second-shift or night-shift opportunities, we are looking for people who want meaningful work in a calm, relationship-centered environment. We provide paid training and advancement opportunities. What You'll Do As part of our care team, you will help residents live safely and comfortably while maintaining their independence and dignity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting residents with personal care Supporting residents during meal times when necessary Providing companionship and emotional support Enjoying walks and meaningful time with residents Engaging residents in activities and outings Helping maintain a calm, respectful, home-like environment Light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed Paid Certifications & Career Growth While working with us, you can earn: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) Certified Dementia Practitioner / Certified Dementia Care Provider (CDP/DCPA) All training is fully paid, and pay increases are provided after certification.
