Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and the ability to read blueprints accurately. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, requiring both precision and creativity. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, walls, roofs, and cabinets. Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Perform frame carpentry including metal stud framing as required. Execute mold remediation tasks when necessary. Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in structures. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding architectural plans. Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with CNC machinery is advantageous. Knowledge of mold remediation techniques is preferred. Ability to perform metal stud framing effectively. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Must be able to plumb structures accurately to ensure level installations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
