• Full-time Aldrich Construction is looking for motivated, dependable, hardworking carpenters that have a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Must be self motivated, self starting, excellent problem solving skills, ability to complete work/task unassisted and possess great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation appropriate for hauling tools and necessary supplies, hand tools, pouches, knowledge and experience with framing, trim carpentry, installing cabinets, hanging drywall, painting, flooring, windows & doors. Must have 5 years of professional remodeling experience. Candidate must have a valid drivers license with a good record. Candidate must be able to pass a background check, having no violent felonies and no larceny or theft. Candidate MUST be able to pass a drug test. Job duties are to include all phases of residential construction.' '

Job Duties:

Reading and interpreting blueprints Understanding customer requirements Responding to change orders Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team) Managing or working with subcontractors Training apprentices and/or coworkers Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem solve) Knowledge of building codes and regulations Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA) Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry Typical end time: 5PM Typical start time: 8
