Job Description

We are seeking a Carpenter to join the Aspire team! The ideal candidate is eager to be part of a team and learn the trade!
Key Responsibilities:
Structural Construction:
Construct, repair, and install building frameworks (walls, floors, ceilings, roofs).
Installation:
Install doors and windows
Finishing:
Perform trim carpentry and finish work to high-quality standards.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all local building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
Site Management:
Maintain a clean work and manage materials efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
no experience necessary! Construction experience is a plus!
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with electrical and manual hand tools (saws, drills, levels).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long hours, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
Attributes:
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work as a team!
