Carpet Cleaning Technician

To assist in retaining residential and commercial customers by providing the most amazing service experience ever. You will work unsupervised in changing environments and receive rewarding gratification from happy customers.

SERVICES

Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Applying Protective coatings to Carpet and Upholstery, Odor Treatments for Carpet & Upholstery, Pet Urine Removal Treatments. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning services as well as specialty spot/stain removal and pet odor treatments Operate extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other tools Document work performed using our digital job management system Communicate respectfully with customers and team members Maintain a clean and professional appearance on the job Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles

Who You Are Education and Experience:

High school diploma (or GED)

Mathematical Skills:

Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units

Computer Skills:

Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity 1-3 years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends Willingness to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry Willingness to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards

QUALIFICATIONS

No experience necessary, we will train you We provide the vehicle and equipment (no subcontractors) Arrive on time to work and to appointments Must have a clean drivers license to operate a company vehicle and grant permission for a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be detail oriented and be able to consistently provide outstanding results using your knowledge and training. Critical thinking and problem solving skills using good judgement and initiative Majority of work performed indoors. Fast learner with quick visible results Recommend and sell add-on products and services - REQUIRED Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4-6pm Some evenings (past 6pm) and several weekends of work may be required depending on customer's needs. (Closed Sundays) Prior carpet cleaning experience is a big plus but not mandatory as we will provide training for the right person. Training period of new employees is paid at $17/hr for 30-60 days depending on proficiency.
