We proudly serve residential and commercial clients throughout the Jackson to Battle Creek area and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality work. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone with professional carpet cleaning experience who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with clients in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The right candidate will represent our company professionally while helping maintain the 5-star reputation we've built in the community. Responsibilities Schedule jobs in person and over the phone using company calendar systems Transfer calls to the correct salesperson when needed Take secure customer payments professionally and confidentially Deliver outstanding customer service through communication, empathy, and problem-solving Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning to IICRC standards Strip and wax VCT and other flooring types Clean and seal ceramic tile, travertine, slate, and other hard surface flooring Invoice every job accurately and adjust billing as needed Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout every job Drive, maintain, refuel, and care for company vehicles Train new technicians on company procedures and job completion standards Recommend additional services when appropriate Follow company safety procedures and operational standards Requirements Previous professional carpet cleaning experience required Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to lift and move equipment as needed Sales or upselling experience preferred Pay & Benefits Starting pay from $18/hour Bonus opportunities through sales referrals and upselling Company vehicle provided during work hours Consistent local work throughout Jackson and Battle Creek Opportunity to grow with a respected local business Overtime opportunities available Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift Rotating Saturdays required Local travel between Jackson and Battle Creek service areas Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Motivated and hardworking Trustworthy and professional Customer-focused Comfortable building relationships with customers Detail-oriented and organized Apply Today If you have carpet cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working directly with customers, we would love to hear from you.
