Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for reliable, friendly, and motivated Cashiers to join our team at our brand-new smoke shop location . As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a new business where leadership has extensive industry experience and is committed to working side by side with the team to ensure success. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions Verify customer age and ensure compliance with tobacco and vape regulations Maintain knowledge of store products, including tobacco, vape, CBD, and accessories Assist customers with product questions and recommendations Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards Restock shelves and assist with inventory management Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Support opening and closing duties as assigned Handle returns and exchanges professionally Requirements Previous cashier or retail experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a smoke shop retail environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must be 21 years or older (per product regulations) Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and experienced management team
