Whether taking orders at the register or preparing tea drinks behind the counter, you'll play a vital part in fostering a lively, positive environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment. Assists customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following standard recipes Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy periods without sacrificing quality or service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teas and counter area, including food handling and food preparation tasks in accordance with safety protocols. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Experience Prior barista experience or industry knowledge is highly preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced retail or food service settings. Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to engage customers and team members alike.
