Job Description

Located on historic Main Street in downtown Deadwood, the Gold Dust Casino is looking to add exceptional individuals to our team. We have four properties, the Gold Dust Casino, The Hotel by Gold Dust, the Gold Dust C-store, and The Holiday Inn Express. If you enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment, then look no more! Day Shift Opportunity - Sunday - Wednesday Provide excellent customer service by knowing current promotions, games, and events going on in and out of the casino. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in assigned gaming areas. Circulate among slot machines and observer operations. Ensure that stations and games are covered each shift. May explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons. May plan and organize activities and services for guests in the hotel/casino. Address service complaints with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
