CDL A Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating tractor-trailers across various routes, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight. Deliver or pick up orders or deliver packages within a specified area. May load and unload the truck.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures. Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition. Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles. Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded. Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles. Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers. Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries. Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations. Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions. Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to bases or other vehicles, using telephones or mobile two-way radios. Assist with picking orders and/or loading trucks. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures and PPE. Outside cleaning

Pay Rate:

$28.00 + Monthly bonus

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
