CDL Class A Driver-Regional & OTR

Job description GLM Transport is a growing transportation company based in Van Wert, Ohio that is currently hiring regional and OTR drivers. We currently have 90 trucks that run mainly 60/40 dry van to reefer loads with the ability to run nationally as well. 90% of dry van freight is drop and hook, and reefer loads are no touch freight. 2+ years of experience is a must. Regional dry van and reefer lanes we are looking to fill include, but not limited to:

• Baltimore, MD
• Cincinnati/ Florence, KY
• Cleveland/ Massillon, OH
• Indianapolis, IN
• Louisville
• Evansville, IN
• Gordonsville, VA
• Bedford, PA
• Grand Rapids, MI
• Midland, MI
• Mason, MI
• Centerville, TN
• Salisbury, NC
• Lenior, NC
• Charleston, WV Responsibilities include:
• Ability to safely operate a truck and trailer (at least 26,000 lbs. GVW)
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document e-logs
• Report any incidents or issues to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
• Adhere to pick up and delivery schedules

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL
• At least 23 years of age
• At least 2 years of experience (Preferred)
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment DOT drug screen 2,500
• 3,000 miles possible per week.
