Floor Nurse

Full Time 7p-7a & PRN We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility while upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for patient care and be knowledgeable in basic nursing procedures.

Qualifications:

New nurses encouraged to apply Active LPN or RN license in the state of practice High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare facility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners in accordance with nursing standards Monitor and document patients' vital signs, health status, and medical history Assist with the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that patient needs are met Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare providers, and other nursing staff to deliver quality patient care Provide patient and family education on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care management Uphold all infection control and safety protocols within the facility.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Must be able to perform basic nursing tasks including medication administration, wound care, and catheter care. Pay:

$32.00 - $34.00 per hour
