CDL Class B Driver/Warehouse

Job Overview Our client located in Erie, PA area is hiring a full-time experienced CDL Class B Driver/Warehouse laborer position. This is a full-time position working on 1st shift position. High safety standards are a requirement for this position. A hazmat endorsement is required but it can be obtained while working. The person hired will ideally possess 1+ years of CDL Class B driving experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, mechanical ability, and a desire to fulfill internal/external customer requirements are required. Experience safely securing loads and delivering products is preferred. When not driving, the candidate will be working in a warehouse setting. The ideal performer will be a self-starter who is highly organized and possesses excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Responsibilities Driving throughout Erie and parts of OH/NY When not driving, working in the warehouse Submit neat, accurate, and complete paperwork as required by law Follow strict safety standards Loading and unloading of truck Ensure truck cleanliness Thorough inspection of truck before, during, and after each trip Report and all delays and/or irregularities Follow all policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe workspace and warehouse Follow directions from supervisors Communicate any issues with supervisors Qualifications and Skills Must have experience and a good work history Must be reliable and detail oriented Must be able to work accurately and efficiently Must have excellent customer service skills Must be able to work in an environment where respect and customer focus are core values Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
