CDL Drivers

Safely operate a range of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo using manual techniques or mechanical equipment such as forklifts, ensuring proper handling and securement of loads. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries and pickups. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Perform heavy lifting as needed when loading or unloading cargo to ensure efficient operations. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy trucks and specialized equipment. Proven experience as a delivery driver or commercial truck driver, preferably with experience in manual transmission vehicles. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and vehicle inspections. Ability to operate various types of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with heavy lifting techniques is a plus. Physical stamina to handle manual loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
