Travel Reservationist

About the Role Help people plan trips they're excited about. As a Travel Reservationist, you'll work directly with members to book everything from flights and hotels to travel excursions and group travel. You'll also support behind-the-scenes operations that keep our travel services running smoothly. What You'll Do Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance Support team operations by assisting with travel accounting tasks and system data entry for travel agents Process payments and help reconcile daily transactions Keep travel materials organized, including brochures and inventory supplies Step in to support nearby offices (primarily Scranton) when needed What Success Looks Like Members have a smooth, stress-free booking experience Travel details are accurate, organized, and completed on time You identify opportunities to recommend additional services or memberships when appropriate Daily operations and financial processes run efficiently What You'll Bring (Required) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfort working with computers, online systems, and reservation tools (Sabre experience is a plus) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once A proactive, team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Nice to Have Experience in the travel or hospitality industry Sales or upselling experience Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Problem-solving mindset and adaptability Why Join Us Work in a role where you help people create meaningful travel experiences Collaborative team environment Variety in your day—from customer interaction to operational support AAA North Penn offers a comprehensive benefit package.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
