MIG, TIG, FCAW

(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

LOCATION

> welding processes on diverse materials including sheet metal, pipe, and structural steel. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication and assembly tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and prepare materials for welding and assembly. Conduct quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure weld integrity and dimensional accuracy according to ASME codes & standards. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely to move heavy materials or assemblies into position for welding or installation. Engage in construction site activities such as pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, mechanical assembly, and soldering while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports, schematics updates, and compliance documentation. Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding operations across industrial or manufacturing environments.
