Clinical Dental Assistant (High-End Cosmetic & Restorative) Beacon Place Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in Brookline. We are a premier practice specializing in extensive cosmetic and restorative transformations , and we are looking for a professional who takes pride in delivering world-class clinical results. Job Summary The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our doctors through complex cosmetic cases, ensuring every patient receives a seamless, concierge-level experience. You will work with the latest in digital dentistry—including advanced imaging and 3D design—to help create life-changing smile "blueprints."Key Responsibilities Cosmetic & Clinical Assistance:
Assist the dentist during high-detail cosmetic examinations and specialized restorative procedures.Advanced Imaging:
Operate CBCT scan equipment and take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).Diagnostics & Imagery:
Assist with clinical studio photography , which is essential for our cosmetic workflows and smile design.Advanced Technology:
Utilize 3D scanning technology for digital impressions and treatment planning.Sterilization & Safety:
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in strict accordance with infection control protocols.Specialized Support:
Help facilitate Zoom whitening , Invisalign cases, and provide vital support during Perio/Implant procedures.Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required. Experience in Peri and complex implant cases is a significant plus.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital dental technology and documentation. Familiarity with systems like Eaglesoft is highly valued.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to guide our cosmetic patients through their treatment journeys with warmth and professionalism.Certifications:
Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.Attributes:
