Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations using CPR and first aid techniques Conduct regular pool inspections, including water quality testing and chemical balancing to maintain optimal conditions Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, and ensuring proper filtration system operation Assist guests with pool access, provide guest services, and answer questions about facility amenities Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas, including deck spaces and locker rooms Support pool maintenance activities such as equipment checks and minor repairs when necessary Skills Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and first aid Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and cleaning techniques Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies safely during pool maintenance tasks Attention to detail for water quality testing and safety inspections Physical stamina to stand, walk, or perform rescue procedures for extended periods Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to safety transforms the aquatic experience for countless guests.
