Certified Medication Aide

Assisted living community that specializes in memory care, is looking for a certified medication aide that is certified by the state of Texas and is in good standing with the licensure board.

• Please note: this is not for a Certified Medical Assistant.

We are looking for someone that is dedicated, hard-working and a team player and wants to be part of a team environment dedicated to the elderly.

Responsibilities include:

• Faxing orders
• Checking medications in
• Following the Five Rights
• Filling and making sure medications are available
• Distributing medications to residents as prescribed This position is 12-hour shift, four days on and two days off, every other weekend.
