Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to support each child's individual needs and progress Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and play Support children with disabilities or special education needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or classroom settings Proficiency in classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment Ability to perform first aid and CPR to respond effectively in emergencies Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities and implementing inclusive activities Familiarity with behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional well-being Join us as a Child Care Professional and be part of a vibrant team committed to nurturing young minds!
