Overview As a Childcare Provider, you will play a vital role in nurturing and guiding the next generation. You will be responsible for fostering their development through play, structured activities, and compassionate care. Raises and bonuses are evaluated and distributed on a regular basis. What you'll do Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their unique needs. Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect among children. Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the children's growth. Stay current on best practices in early childhood education through ongoing training and professional development. Basic qualifications Proven experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early learning standards. CPR certification will be provided if not already current Preferred qualifications Experience in toddler care, infant care, or nannying roles. Background in teaching or classroom experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavior management strategies tailored to young children.
