Chiropractic Assistant (Full or Part Time, 20 or 40 hrs/week)

Job Summary Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant (20 OR 40 hours/week) to join our friendly, patient-focused team. This role supports both front desk and clinical flow in a busy outpatient clinic. We value professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, and we provide training for the right person. Responsibilities Welcome patients and assist them at the front desk Answer phones and help schedule appointments Complete patient intake, vitals, and documentation Assist with treatment setup and clinic flow Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate records Basic office upkeep Qualifications High school diploma or GED Clear, professional communication skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Preferred Experience (not required) Experience with EMR/EHR systems Insurance verification or healthcare administrative work Regular patient interaction in a medical or wellness setting Benefits Paid on-the-job training and paid Chiropractic Assistant certification Paid Time Off Why Work With Us We are a supportive, team-oriented clinic that values consistency, respect, and doing things the right way.
