We are currently looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, purpose-driven position where you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our office operate smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming office atmosphere Answering phones and scheduling appointments Assisting with patient flow and therapies Giving office tours and helping patients feel comfortable Supporting daily office organization and operations Helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Community Outreach & Wellness Events Our office is passionate about educating and serving the community through wellness outreach and spinal screenings.

This role may also include:

Coordinating community wellness events and screenings Assisting with outreach efforts and patient education Helping promote office events and workshops Occasionally attending community events and screenings Representing the practice in a professional, positive, and energetic way Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for community events and screenings.
