Boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm We are a boutique Arizona plaintiff's injury law firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on a part-time basis. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury actions. We value strong advocacy, professionalism, responsiveness, and compassionate client service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful plaintiff-side litigation work in a collaborative, fast-paced small firm environment. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, disclosures, and other litigation documents Prepare and respond to written discovery Conduct legal research and factual investigation Assist with case management from intake through resolution Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys with trial preparation, deposition preparation, and settlement materials Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements Qualifications Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation preferred Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with Arizona state court procedures and filing systems Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred Paralegal degree preferred, but not required What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 25 hours weekly) with room to expand to full time Collaborative and supportive small firm environment Meaningful work advocating for injured individuals Competitive compensation based on experience 401(k) with 6% match for full time employees To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience in personal injury litigation.
