Remodeling Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Remodeling Sales Specialist to lead the charge in high-end renovation projects. In this energetic role, you will engage with clients to understand their vision, provide expert guidance on remodeling options, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. Your expertise in design, construction, and sales will help turn ideas into reality while building lasting relationships with clients. We also offer 3% commissions to start, on top of a guaranteed wage. Duties Engage with customers to assess their remodeling needs and present tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget. Conduct in home and office product demonstrations, cabinet layout design consultations, and other interior layout discussions to showcase available options. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines effectively. Possess the ability to handle cash or card transactions professionally. Collaborate with contractors, designers, suppliers and field technicians to coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion. Maintain organized digital records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within the remodeling, renovation, or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of excel, Word, and Google. Excellent negotiation skills. Solid understanding of retail math, merchandising principles, and product demos related to flooring sales and interior design. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with clients from various backgrounds. Organizational skills that enable efficient management of multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
