Job DescriptionMasterBrand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided for our positions. The Clamper is responsible for safely and efficiently operating clamping equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires flexibility to rotate through all clamp positions, the ability to pack cabinets while maintaining production schedules, and a strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety. YOUR ROLE
 You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where adaptability and quick thinking are key. Embrace the value of cross-training, where versatility meets opportunity, empowering you to broaden your skill set. Prioritize safety as a fundamental aspect of your role, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Safely operate clamp equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Rotate through all clamp positions at each assigned break to support workflow continuity and ergonomic balance. Pack cabinets accurately and efficiently while keeping pace with the production schedule. Maintain a productive work rate while consistently meeting quality standards. Read measurements, work orders, production schedules, and perform basic calculations as required. Use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills. Inspect products for quality and report defects, damage, or equipment issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform all other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs. Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

Please check with HR for details QualificationsQualifications The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers. The ability to use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills. The ability to safely operate clamping equipment and production tools. Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and work overtime as needed. Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours). Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
