Class A CDL Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials as required. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or issues. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and local geography is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
